The housekeepers are smart and professional, which is reflected in their appearance and the manner in which they present themselves. Katie takes particular care in selecting housekeepers who take pride in their work, who have high cleaning standards of their own and who actually enjoy pulling on the rubber gloves and getting stuck in!
