We will be following the guidelines set out below:

  1. The cleaners will send a text message giving 30 minutes notice of their arrival to enable the household to provide sufficient social distancing.
  2. The cleaners will wash their hands on arrival.
  3. They will wear non-surgical masks.
  4. They will wear disposable gloves (new for each house).
  5. They will open windows and doors to ensure good ventilation and close again on departure.
  6. All cloths and mopheads (as is always the case) will be clean for each house.
  7. If a cleaner develops coronavirus symptoms they will self-isolate.
  8. Similarly, we request households to cancel their cleaning should any member of the household show any signs of symptoms.
